We started Meridian after years of watching renters fly into Miami, tour three buildings in a day, and only then learn that the HOA wanted 700+ credit and 90 days of bank statements. Or that the building didn't allow rentals under 12 months. Or that pets were technically allowed but the fee was $750. We fixed that.

  • Requirements upfront Every listing shows the credit minimum, income multiple, HOA application requirements, pet policy, and any building-specific rules before you start. No surprises after you book a flight.
  • Real humans on the ground Our leasing team — Sofía, Lucas, and Theo — work out of our Brickell office. They answer the phone in English, Spanish, or Portuguese during business hours and reply to messages within three.
  • Move-in ready Every unit gets a full turnover between residents: paint, deep clean, professional inspection, A/C service, and any deferred maintenance closed out before the next move-in.
  • White-glove maintenance High-rise life means coordinating with building staff for elevator reservations, vendor approvals, and after-hours work permits. We handle all of it so you don't.

How it works

From inquiry to keys in two weeks


Most of our residents close on a unit within 14 days of first contact, including HOA approval.

    Tour

    Virtual walkthrough first, then in-person with a leasing agent who can speak to building staff and HOA timelines.

  3. iii.

    Apply

    Our application takes 15 minutes. $75 per adult covers our screening plus the standard HOA application package.

  4. iv.

    Move in

    Sign digitally, fund first month + deposit, and we coordinate the elevator reservation and concierge handoff. Keys at the building.
