Luxury condos for rent in Miami

We manage 32 condos and homes across Brickell, Edgewater, and Coral Gables — the three Miami neighborhoods we know building-by-building. Every listing shows credit, income, building rules, and HOA approval requirements upfront so you can decide before paying any application fees.

Why rent in Miami

Miami is two cities stacked on top of each other: the high-rise waterfront and the residential neighborhoods built around the Mediterranean Revival architecture of the 1920s.

Our portfolio sits across both. In Brickell and Edgewater you get glass towers with concierge, pools, and skyline views — the kind of building people fly in to live in. Brickell 1-bedrooms in our portfolio start around $4,000. Edgewater studios with bay views start at $2,800.

Coral Gables is the other half. Tree-lined streets, original 1920s and 1930s homes, walking distance to Miracle Mile. A 2-bedroom condo in central Coral Gables runs $4,500–6,500. The standalone Mediterranean homes start in the high $9,000s.

What all our buildings have in common: HOAs that take application screening seriously, and listing agents in this market who often gloss over those requirements. We do not. Every Meridian listing tells you the building's actual application package before you apply.

Common questions

Renting in Miami

What credit score do I need to rent with Meridian?

Most buildings require 680+. A handful of our Coral Gables and Miami Beach buildings require 720+ — flagged on each listing. Some Edgewater buildings approve down to 640 with higher security.

Are your condos pet-friendly?

21 of our 32 units allow pets within building rules. Most Brickell and Edgewater buildings allow up to two pets with weight limits around 25 lbs. We negotiate the lowest fee the building allows and post the real number.

How does HOA approval work?

We submit the building's application package on your behalf. HOA review takes 7–14 days for most buildings. We pre-check fit before submitting so you do not lose a non-refundable HOA fee on a building that will not approve you.

Do you offer short-term leases?

Most Brickell and Coral Gables HOAs require 12 months minimum. A few Miami Beach art deco buildings allow 6-month leases — we list which ones on each unit.

How quickly do your condos lease?

Average time on market is 11 days from listing to signed lease. HOA approval adds another 7–14 days before move-in. Bay-view units in Brickell often go within a week.
